Princeton bathroom fauna

The girly girl got the better of the naturalist in me,
and I went after it with a can of Raid.

Sam the prospective

Sam came to visit me from Harvard yesterday as a
prospective student in the Chemistry department
here at Princeton.



We had a little digital camera war, and then stayed
up late talking about the grad school thing...he has
way too many good choices to choose among.



Right before he left, we tried to get a photo of the
two of us...we'll have to see whose timer photos
turn out better.



Hopefully he's now on his plane. (Next time he
comes to visit we'll make sure we order the taxi
well ahead of time!)

Korean outing for Joao

My friend Leonard organized an outing to Edison,
in order to go to a Korean restaurant he really
likes, and have our Portugese friend Joao try
Korean food for the first time.



It was a really fun dinner (Joao had never used
chopsticks before) and oh, how I love those little
dishes that come with the food!
